Refund & Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging.

Certain items such as personal care products or used items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Once returned items are inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or damaged products may be replaced at no cost upon verification.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
